- Search Volume Insight: Using Semrush and Google Trends, we figured out the average monthly search volume for terms like “gay Tokyo” or “gay Las Vegas,” based on the average number of searches for these “gay [city]” queries over the past 12 months in the United States. Higher search volumes suggest these cities are well-established or emerging as significant gay destinations.
